Clear expectations make for a smoother stay. Here are the key policies for arrival, departure, reservations and use of the property.
Check-in: Guests can check in between 15:00 and 18:00. Please inform us in advance if you plan to arrive outside of these hours.
Check-out: Please check out of your room by 11:00. If you require a later check-out, let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary depending on the type of accommodation. To check the specific conditions for your required room, enter the dates of your stay and review the applicable booking details.
To maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for all guests, parties or events are not allowed on the premises of The Desert House.
Pets are not allowed at The Desert House. Please make suitable arrangements for your pets before your stay.
There is no minimum age requirement for check-in at The Desert House. Guests of all ages are welcome to stay and enjoy our facilities.
Children & beds
Children of all ages are welcome at The Desert House.
For accurate prices and occupancy information, please indicate the number of children and their ages when making your reservation.
Unfortunately, we do not provide cots or extra beds at this property.
